One Vanderbilt is a 427 m (1,401 ft) high commercial office development located in the hearth of the Midtown East. The supertall building design follows the language of the great New York Art Deco skyscrapers. It is composed by four interlocking, tapering volumes and features angled sides that finish in steps towards its pinnacle, which is crowned by a spire.
