Assistant Quantity Surveyors

Permasteelisa Group is hiring assistant quantity surveyors to join our growing London team.

To be successful, you will need:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantity surveying (minimum grade 2:1 or equivalent)

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- A proactive, driven approach to work and delivering results

- An ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives

- Effective organisational skills

- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers

Permasteelisa UK Ltd. is looking for Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers to join its growing team.

In this critical role, you will be part of a project team and will lead all project commercial and financial aspects, from pre-project award through to delivery and agreement of the final accounts.

This role is crucial for the successful project delivery, and has specific accountabilities to the Project Manager for:

- Project cost control and management;

- Contract administration;

- Commercial and financial risk assessment and management.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate:

- Your sense of accountability and leadership to support the successful project delivery;

- Your in-depth understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices, including cost estimation, cost control and management;

- Your ability to provide advice on contract conditions;

- Your ability to prepare, interpret and present project cost reports;

- Your ability to lead negotiations to ensure the best outcome for the business;

- Your ability to project manage using best-in-class methodologies and principles;

- Your ability to produce detailed risk and opportunity plans;

- Your ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary, international team, fostering collaboration among team members.

You will need a background in quantity surveying, industry experience with a track record of successfully managing projects from pre-construction to completion, along with a proactive approach and mindset to ensure on-budget, high-quality project execution.
