The Concept

The Spiral is a mixed-use skyscraper located in New York City and designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). It stands at 66 stories tall and reaches 314 meters in height (1,031 ft). It features a unique, spiraling form with a bespoke façade made of 85,000 square meters (914,900 sq ft) of glass panels. The building includes a mix of office spaces, residential units, and public amenities, such as a rooftop terrace, dining and shopping options, and a public park.
