MOL Campus serves as the new headquarters of MOL Group, an international company based in Budapest. Designed by award-winning British architectural and engineering firm Foster and Partners, MOL Campus is located in the 11th district of the city, next to the Kopaszi dam and close to the Danube in the southern part of the Hungarian capital. This landmark, 28-story building reaches 120 m (394 ft) and, upon its completion, it will be the highest tower in Hungary. This innovative vertical campus offers around 86,000 sqm (925,700 sq ft) of modern and flexible commercial space: every three floors constitute a campus unit connected with stairs and hosting a winter garden. In addition to that a large base and the lower levels of the tower house a conference center, restaurants and other facilities, while the top of the building hosts a sky deck and a public garden offering sweeping views of the capital and the river.

The design, which integrates tower with podium in a uniquely curved, single form, incorporates cutting-edge technology to control temperature and to optimize natural light levels, thus creating a perfect working environment. In order to place sustainability at the heart of the campus but also to respect its historic surroundings, the tower is enveloped in a large scale, high-performance, full glass façade - made up of multiple systems and glass shapes - which guarantees plenty of daylight, open views, direct connection to the external context and fresh air to the interiors. MOL Campus aims to achieve both LEED and BREEAM certifications.
Design & engineering, manufacture and installation of 30,650 sqm (329,900 sq ft) of façade including 24,800 sqm (266,900 sq ft) of unitized system and 1,700 sqm (18,300 sq ft) of stick system.
