The Concept

The Monument Building is located within the heart of central London and adjacent to The Monument to the Great Fire of London. The building offers nine stories of Grade A office space along with two ground-floor retail units and a large reception area. Three separate buildings were demolished to make way for this new and sustainable space which features LED lighting, a green roof, photovoltaic panels and a façade system which provides the most effective balance of reduced heat gain while maximizing the amount of natural daylight into the building.

Along with four terraces, the building has been fitted with an eye catching south façade of vertical twisted, anodized aluminum fins. This distinctive façade acts as an impressive backdrop to the landmark. The building is designed to achieve an 'Excellent' BREEAM rating.
