2021 CTBUH Awards Winners announced

May 2021 - The Council of Tall Building and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) has announced the Overall Category Winners projects out of the 160+ Awarded projects presented to the juries for winning distinctions across several award categories. The awards have been assigned 20 May 2021, during the closing day of the virtual conference “2021 Tall + Urban Innovation Conference”.

New for 2021, each category has also seen the recognition of an audience award and trophy, based on delegates' votes during the event.

 

Permasteelisa Group has had 3 projects awarded among the eight projects winners of the Award of Excellence. These awards witness once more the constant ability of the Permasteelisa Group and its three brands (Permasteelisa, Gartner, Scheldebouw) to design and build innovative and avant-garde architectural works alongside the world’s greatest in contemporary architecture, by using advanced technology and eco-sustainable solutions.

 

The Lakhta Center has been one of the protagonists of the Awards Ceremony, winning 4 awards, one by the jury for the Overall Category:
/ Façade Engineering Award
and three by the Audience Vote:
/ Best Tall Building Europe Award
/ Best Tall Building 400 meters and above
/ Construction Award. 

The Atrio North Tower has been awarded the Best Tall Building 200-299 meters and the Best Tall Office Building both by the Audience Vote.

The Brunel Building won the Façade Engineering - Audience Vote Award.
