Our curtain wall team in Asia has been responsible for the design, engineering and installation of façades for some of our region’s most iconic commercial and residential schemes.

We are the only façade specialist in Asia Pacific that offers an end-to-end façade service. We work closely with architects, clients and partners from pre-construction stage to translate complex concepts into practical, buildable solutions. Our world-leading designers are renowned for their creative solutions, including complex 3D designs and customisation of materials. Testing is in our DNA.

We bring together the best possible manufacturing experts and craftspeople from across our Group and trusted network of suppliers globally to create each unique façade. Our logistics and installation experts in the region use customised, advanced processes to ensure exceptional quality, and time and cost efficiency.

Interior projects

We also deliver interior projects, ranging from bespoke showpieces to large-scale commercial fit-outs and turnkey solutions. As with our exterior façade projects, we offer an end-to-end service, from early-stage design consultancy through to design, fabrication, project management and installation.

Our FaçadeCare team provides a wide range of services designed to maintain and protect building envelopes across the region. We can help to ensure a façade’s integrity and functionality; prevent deterioration and maximise the building’s lifespan; and optimise energy efficiency, insulation and overall performance.

Our services to maintain and protect building envelopes include: glass, cladding and aluminium inspections; planned preventative maintenance; proactive safety management through the identification of hidden issues, such as weakness or deterioration.
