The Walbrook in the City of London provides trading floors and office accommodation over ten floors and around two atria. The exterior of the Foster + Partners building incorporates a series of bays and horizontal bands of reflective brise soleil, creating a continuous arc.
When panes of glass at The Walbrook were broken in an act of vandalism, the building management called our emergency response team. The geometry of the building necessitated a vertical team working in a confined space to make safe the damaged glass and carry out reglazing at a high level.
