The Spiral

The Spiral – aka 66 Hudson Boulevard – towers to 314m, with 66 storeys incorporating a mix of offices, residential units and public areas, including restaurants, shops and a park.

Green spaces that spiral up and around the building’s exterior offer over 1,200 sqm of outdoor space. Each floor’s accessible terrace provides views over the Hudson River, Manhattan and New Jersey.

The project

The concept

The Spiral is notable for its innovative design and unique, spiralling form. This aims to provide ample light and views for its occupants, as well as incorporating sustainability features, such as rainwater collection and energy-efficient systems.

What did we do?

Our team designed, engineered, manufactured and installed 85,000 sqm of reflective glass panels for the tower and podium façade. We also provided pavers, waterproofing roof terraces, soffits and louvres.
