The 34-storey Broadgate Tower is one of London’s tallest skyscrapers, towering to 165m. Featuring a three-storey reception and floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers fantastic views over the cityscape.
When client BAM Construction was building an eco-friendly extension to the tower, they used our specialist skills to carry out major refurbishment of the façade. We removed the main entrance canopy and main façade from ground level to level 5, recycling all elements and engineering and securing the remaining façade.
This was a challenging project from many perspectives, involving specialist services, working with a vertical team, and specialised logistics and lifting – a great demonstration of our outstanding approach to both safety and sustainability.
