Stratford Cross – formerly known as International Quarter London – is a new mixed-use development and inclusive innovation district at the gateway to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in the heart of East London’s Stratford.
Our Scheldebouw brand was responsible for designing, engineering, manufacturing and installing the Closed Cavity Façade (CCF) system on four of the buildings – S4, S5, S6 and S9.
Working for clients CBRE, Savills, TFL and Smart Solutions, our team carries out annual maintenance of the CCF system, including internal and external inspection and maintenance of the façade, and annual service of revolving doors and roller shutters. In doing so, we ensure the full environmental and performance benefits of the CCF technology continue to be enjoyed by the buildings’ owners and occupiers.
We have also completed reglazing works as needed when breakages occur.
