Parcel 2.09 of the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), which was completed in 2014, consists of two residential buildings that sit above a two-storey retail base. The buildings are constructed from flat slab concrete, clad in a combination of precast concrete and local Riyadh stone, glass and steel.
We completed a full remaining works and seen dilapidation report, and then went on to replace a range of damaged windows, doors and façade glass.
