The first phase of the Battersea Power Station development, Circus West Village, was completed in 2017 and is home to more than 800 residents, as well as a mix of bars, restaurants and leisure facilities.
We deliver a maintenance contract for clients Battersea Power Station Management, Savills and Sir Robert McAlpine. This includes servicing of apartment and retail doors, reglaze works to apartments, roof remedial servicing and leak works. We have also upgraded compartmental fire walls to comply with new standards and installed and we maintain the AOV system to control the ventilation of smoke in the event of a fire.
We’re proud to be playing our part in maintaining this stunning redevelopment, which has transformed a post-industrial wasteland into a vibrant community.
