21 Moorfields is the new headquarters for Deutsche Bank in the City of London, opened in 2023. Our Gartner brand designed, engineered, manufactured and installed 31,800 sqm of unitised façade for the building.
Working for client CBRE, our team is responsible for carrying out annual maintenance of the CCF system and service of doors, including internal and external inspection.
As a special project, we were asked to install part internal atriums around a uniquely designed staircase at 21 Moorfields. This involved design and engineered adaptions to the façade to allow the installation of the staircase. We successfully completed the fast-track programme on time and to exceptional quality of finish, including confined work, specialist lifting and working with specialised contractors.
