Permasteelisa Group in North America appoints VP, Human Resources

Permasteelisa Group in North America has announced the appointment of Thomas Jefferson as VP, Human Resources.

Thomas is an accomplished HR executive with over 30 years’ experience in various industries including telecommunications, machinery and manufacturing, utilities and door and window manufacturing.

As an HR leader, he has led the design and delivery of integrated strategies which have driven employee experience improvements, ensuring that organisational transformation needs are aligned to business growth plans.

In his last role as Vice President, Human Resources with Anderson Corporation, he was directly involved in supporting the growth of the business through acquisition and market expansion, while focusing on employee development and engagement as well as productivity improvements.

Thomas holds a BS in Finance and Communication from the University of Denver, and a Master Certification in Human Resources from Villanova University.
