The project

The concept

The building’s orientation, massing and façade were carefully designed to maximise daylight into the offices. Extensive curtain walling was required for both towers featuring aluminium and stainless steel together with high-performance glazing.

What did we do?

We installed 40,000 sqm of curtain walling for the 40-storey tower, and 8,000 sqm for the smaller structure. The taller building features insulated glazing, stainless steel panels, and steel cladding on aluminium framing. The internal atrium walls were also part of our package, which were designed to match the external cladding. For the smaller building, we installed cladding with laminated diffused glass, while the ground-floor shops use a stick system.
