Clad in iridescent glass, 4 World Trade Center is a dignified tower that reflects the surrounding city and sky, with an appearance that changes depending on the weather, light and time of day.
Designed to create a quiet sculptural effect, the building’s exterior reduces its visual bulk and complements the more prominent buildings on the site. The structure belongs to a group of buildings following the ‘Memory Foundations’ redevelopment master plan, and is one of five skyscrapers that form a spiral composition around the National September 11 Memorial Park.
