We specialise in aluminium and glass unitised façades, which are fabricated and pre-assembled at our specialist production facilities in Europe for maximum quality, safety and efficiency. Permasteelisa Group was the first façade company to introduce the Closed Cavity Façade (CCF) and this remains a specialism today.

Sustainability is at the heart of façades by Scheldebouw – from the earliest design stages, we consider energy efficiency and circular economy. Our bespoke approach enables us to design in carbon reduction from the outset, and we are extremely proud to be the first company in the world to have achieved an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for a custom-designed unitised façade system.

Since we first created façades back in the 1950s, our story has been one of constant creativity, innovation and collaboration. Our portfolio of buildings in Europe includes iconic towers such as the Shard and 8 Bishopsgate in London, Varso Tower in Warsaw, and De Rotterdam in our home country, the Netherlands.
