A scientific approach

Using diagnostic techniques like thermal performance and water leakage tests, we are able to detect hidden issues before they escalate and carry out repairs to prevent further deterioration and damage to the façade. When safety is at risk we act swiftly, correcting defects before they become hazards.
Inspection and maintenance
Our experts carry out inspections and any necessary repairs and improvements to prevent deterioration and damage to façades. Maintenance procedures can include reglazing, upgrades to fire stopping, leak repairs, tackling air infiltration, and maintaining specialist systems, such as doors, windows, vents and hatches. We supply all the parts needed and can also provide energy-enhancing add-ons such as specialist films, brise soleil and blinds.
Cleaning services
Our specialist cleaning teams slow down ageing and keep façades safe and aesthetically pleasing. Services offered include steam cleaning, high-pressure washing and soft washing, and cleaning of different components of a building (e.g. doors, windows and vents). Our operatives are cradle trained and use eco-friendly cleaning agents.
Refurbishment and renovation
We have the technical knowledge and skills to refurbish, remove and replace existing façades efficiently, safely and sustainably. Our deep-seated knowledge of façades and experience in their installation means we are specialists in dismantling them with minimal damage to components. This enables us to deconstruct façades into glazing assemblies suitable to reuse and recycling.

When emergency repair and replacement works are needed, we are on hand to prevent escalation, maintain functionality, minimise disruption and ensure safety. We provide temporary repairs to protect the building from further damage until a permanent repair can be carried out.
