The Code of Ethics clearly and transparently defines the values we embrace in pursuing the Group’s business goals, and the responsibilities we assume within and outside the company. Maintaining this conduct is indispensable to the Group’s good functioning and reputation.

Our guiding principle throughout the Group is to respect the laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate, and to treat honesty, reliability, impartiality, loyalty, integrity and good faith as essential keys to our success.

We recognize the importance of ethical and social responsibility and are committed to furthering the legitimate interests of our stakeholders (e.g. investors, customers, suppliers, employees, and the government) and of the community around us.
We undertake to distribute the Code of Ethics as widely as possible, along with any tools needed to understand its content, including through publication online at www.permasteelisagroup.com.

This Code of Ethics was approved by the Board of Directors of the parent company, Permasteelisa S.p.A., on November 26, 2010. It represents the values that are embraced by the Group and followed in the course of its business. Any change or addition must be approved by the Board of Directors of Permasteelisa S.p.A.
