10 Fenchurch Avenue
London | United Kingdom
Architect
Eric Parry Architects
Project Feature
10 Fenchurch Avenue is a 39,000 sqm (420,000 sq ft), 15-story office building designed by Eric Parry Architects. The building provides commercial office space, retail use at the lower levels and a public passageway at street level, but it also incorporates a publicly accessible rooftop garden with restaurant benefiting from outstanding views of London from within the Square Mile. It is an iconic building characterized by minimal yet sharp geometries: the upper three floors are set back from the main body of the building and taper outwards so they appear separated from the building below.
Scope of Work
Large volume terracotta panels and sunscreen louvres, mfreeS CCF (Closed Cavity Façade), steel mullion-transom façades.
