Provision of data, purposes and methods of Processing

Users that access our website during consultation automatically leave information that may be either directly or indirectly traced back to them. Permasteelisa Spa processes such personal data in order to ensure the effective management of its website thus offering high-speed browsing performances within the limits of necessity and relevance. Personal data are processed for the time needed to fulfil the purpose for which they have been collected. Data are managed in compliance with the safety measures the Company has adopted in order to prevent unauthorised access, loss of data, illegal use or any use that does not comply with the directions given by the Data Controller.

1. Data voluntarily provided by the user

Permasteelisa Spa collects the personal data of all those subjects who wish to apply for jobs, in the appropriate section. In order to submit your application, you shall give your consent to the processing of your data, as set forth in the notice pursuant to article 13 contained in the abovementioned section to which you should refer. 2. Browsing data

Log data generated from users browsing our website are stored in information systems ensuring the proper functioning of the website.

Such data may be used by Permasteelisa Spa and/or any company appointed by Permasteelisa Spa to generate statistical information and are in no way collected to personally identify users.

3.Cookies  

Cookies are small files that a website transfers to a site visitor’s hard disk. Such data may be automatically saved on the site visitor’s hard disk in order to track web site usage.

Parmasteelisa does not use persistent Cookies of any kind.

Information systems ensuring the functioning of our website are located at the Vittorio Veneto – TV – premises, Viale E. Mattei 21/23, and are managed at the same premises by Permasteelisa Spa’s employees.

Without prejudice to any disclosure and dissemination of data required by the law, browsing data may be disclosed outside the company for statistical purposes only, according to the principles of necessity and relevance, as outlined in the notice pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 read and agreed to by the user providing the data.

Legislative Decree no 231/01 - Article 7. Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The interested party shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if not yet stored, as well as communication of such data in an intelligible form.

a) the origin of such personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of processing;
